Accompanied by LYU Chuanyi, ZHANG Tiezhu and YI Weiming, JIANG Duntao and his delegation visited the New Energy Vehicle Engineering Technology Research Institute, New Polyurethane Material Research Institute, Laser High-End Equipment Manufacturing Research Center, International Precision Agriculture Aviation Application Technology Research Center, Dahonglu We-Work Space and Engineering Ceramics Research Institute, listened to the introduction carefully and comprehended the industrialization application of scientific research achievements in details.
After watching promotional video of SDUT in the conference room on the 9th floor of the Hongyuan Building, JIANG Duntao conducted the forum about the development of the university-city amalgamation integration.
In his speech, LYU Chuanyi extended a warm welcome to JIANG Duntao and his delegation. He said that this would mark a new start of the integration development of SDUT and Zibo City.
LYU Chuanyi said that we would focus on One Goal, build Two Teams, implement Three Improvements and strengthen Three Guarantees”, he systematically introduced the development of SDUT and the achievements of the university-city integration and put forward suggestions on the problems of the development of the university-city integration and the difficulties of the process of running university.
ZHANG Tiezhu said that the university played an important role in supporting and leading the development of the city. Great achievements of the university-city integration had been made, but there was still a lot of room for progress.We needed to continuously strengthen the integration development and to further increase the development of the university-city integration together.
JIANG Duntao said that after paying for the on-the-spot investigation, watching promotional video and listening to the introduction, he gained a lot. SDUT had developed very rapidly in these years, which was the pride of Zibo City. At the same time, it had also strengthened the determination and confidence of Zibo City to promote the development of the university-city integration. Therefore, we should enhance the communication and introduce more powerful measures in the process of integration development to promote the better development of Zibo City by promoting the better development of the SDUT.
JIANG Duntao pointed out that the Party Committee of Zibo City and the Zibo Municipal People’s Government attached great importance to the development of the integration. Jiang stressed that university was an important source of innovation, vitality and industry, and an important image card for a city.SDUT was an important platform for the development of Zibo city, so it was necessary to give full play to its role.On the one hand, SDUT should become an important platform for Zibo city to link innovative resources, to undertake talent resources, and to make transformation of scientific and technological achievements, and a driving source of the direction of urban development of Zibo, leading the development of Zibo culture, sports, emerging business and future.On the other hand, Zibo City should pay attention to the use of SDUT as a platform and driving source, strengthen in-depth communication, and achieve seamless docking.
JIANG stressed that it was necessary to strengthen the interaction between SDUT and Zibo and promote the development of integration. SDUT should take the promotion of local economic and social development as the goal, strengthen the comprehensive research of Zibo City; and Zibo City would also do its best to support the development of SDUT and solve the practical difficulties.
Finally, LYU Chuanyi said that JIANG Duntao took a broad and long-term view in his speech.
